CENTURY’S PROVEN PROCESS
At Century, we have one common goal – to capture and complete your vision for ministry. We understand that Church is more than just a building. Over the past three decades, design trends and construction technology have become more complex, but our proven Plan/Design/Build Process has remained simple.

CENTURY’S PLAN / DESIGN / BUILD PROCESS IS DIVIDED INTO THREE DISTINCT STEPS:
PRELIMINARY DESIGN
The Process:
Define the Need: Our exclusive Design Workbook provides a profile of the building size, style and specifications that will best suit your congregation.
Develop the Design: A Master Site Plan, Floor Plan and Elevation are custom designed to meet the unique needs of your ministry.
Determine the Cost: An accurate and realistic budget is prepared.
The Results:
Knowing how the new building will look and what the project will cost BEFORE investing time and money in architectural plans the church cannot afford to build.
FINAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
The Process:
Preparation: Architectural and Engineering drawings are prepared for final pricing and permitting.
Pricing: A Guaranteed Maximum Price is presented based on the Owner’s complete satisfaction with the final design drawings.
The Results:
Century’s three decades of Design/Build experience means that you can relax and proceed to construction with confidence. Your vision will soon become a reality!
CONSTRUCTION
The Process:
Full Service: Century’s Construction Team is experienced, professional and responsive. The Field Superintendent coordinates the subcontractors and is on-site daily to supervise every detail of the construction process. The Project Manager has ongoing communication with the Field Superintendent and is always available to discuss the Owner’s questions or concerns.
Full Satisfaction: The project is considered complete when the Owner is completely satisfied.
The Results:
From the Design Step to the Dedication Service, Century will help you be a good steward over the resources and vision God has given you through strategic planning, innovative and cost-effective design, and quality construction.
